The BASEMENT...

The Basement covers the older age group with young people aged 11-18. The Basement is funnily enough situated at the bottom of Douglas Youth Club, just below ground level. It is equipped with Sky TV and a Widescreen TV, 5 Networked Computer, a pool table, football table and a Dance floor.

It is open to school years 7+8 on a Friday night, and school years 9-13 on a Saturday night. There is plenty to do with all the equipment listed at the top of the page in use each and every night and football in the sports hall. We also have a stocked canteen with a Coca Cola fridge to keep all your drinks cool.

The Basement is staffed with 4 qualified Youth Leaders to support and help the young people with any issues they have.
